The fee for courier shipments depends on the weight, volume and destination of the parcel:
• For shipments of weight and volume up to 2 kg: €4.96
• For shipments weighing 2 kg or more: +€1.50 per kg
For courier transport of products that exceed 5 kg (by volume or weight), a discount may be requested by bank deposit or by card.
* In shipping areas considered hard to reach according to the Courier company, the nearest cooperating Courier store marked "pick up from the store" is selected, from where the product is picked up.
B) with Transport Agency - Trucks (1-2 working days)

In the case of transport agencies, there is no possibility of cash on delivery and the shipping costs are paid by you upon receipt of the order from the agency or to the address you indicate.
It is also possible to send the order with an agency of your choice.
At the end of your order, there will be a telephone update on the cost of transport

Delivery dates and times: We ship products throughout Greece using a courier service or with a transport agency for bulky products. The company cooperates with the companies Acs Courier and Kioussis Transys for the transport of the products.
For orders placed before 13.00 from Monday to Friday (as long as it is a business day), the products will be prepared and delivered to the courier company on the same day. Orders placed after 13.00 will be delivered to the courier company for dispatch the following day working day.
Orders received on Friday after 13:00 and during the weekend will be delivered to the courier company for dispatch on Monday (if it is a working day).
Deliveries are made throughout the day from 09:00 to 17:00.
In the event that the customer wishes to have his order delivered beyond the delivery times applicable in the online store, the maximum time frame is 7 days from the day the order was completed. In the event that the time frame exceeds this period, the order will be delivered with the retail prices valid on the day the products are shipped. The same policy applies to orders that the customer wishes to pick up from our stores.

For the heavy or bulky items that you want us to send you, the shipment is made with a transport agency. In this case, the payment method is exclusively a credit card, or a bank deposit. The transport costs are much more economical with the transport agency and are borne by the customer upon delivery. The delivery of the products by a transport agency within Greece takes place on the sidewalk to the address stated at the completion of the order for customers who have an immediate response from the agency and after consultation with the secondary agency that undertakes the response.
